Soothing audio recordings of Tolle guiding his listeners into the vastness of Being. Wisdom on the go!

Eckhart Tolle – Findhorn Retreat (2006)

Amazing four-hour footage of a retreat in the famous Spiritual community in Scotland. Invite in that stillness.

Jan Geurtz – Addicted to Love (2009)

In Addicted to Love Geurtz argues that our addiction for love and recognition flows out of a deepseated rejection of the Self, ironically killing off the love in relationships.

Geurtz explains how we can counter this with self-acceptance for the sake of building healthtier bonds with our loved ones. Insightful material!

Jill Bolte Taylor – My Stroke of Insight (2009)

After experiencing a severe stroke in the left side of her brain, brain scientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor experienced a transcendental euphoric nirvana of the intuitive right brain that was still in tact.

In My stroke of Insight she describes her long road to recovery while being shown the two distinct realties between the logical left brain and the intuitive right brain and how she incorporated best of both worlds into her everyday life. Powerful stuff!

Elaine N. Aron – The Highly Sensitive Person (1999)

Backed by science Aron, a psychologist and highly sensitive person herself, offers empathy and solutions to the many challenges of heightened sensitivity in the modern world. A must read for INFJs.

John Bradshaw – Healing the Shame that Binds You (1987)

When unhealthy shame is experienced long enough it can turn into toxic shame. This excruciating emotion erodes our self-esteem, causing numerous problems like addiction. Bradshaw offers a light in the darkness.

Carol S. Dweck – Mindset (2017)

Do you enjoy learning by challenging yourself? Or do you avoid challenges due to fear of failure? In Mindset, Dweck takes us deep into our psyche to discover the mindsets we hold that govern our successes and failures.

Mary C. Lamia & Marilyn J. Krieger – The White Knight Syndrome (2015)

In their need of admiration, white knights are those who enter romantic relationships with damaged partners to rescue them. The authors explain in-depth the origins of such unhealthy relationships with case studies. Scary!

Alice Miller – The Drama of the Gifted Child (1997)

With ‘gifted' Miller means those children who were able to survive abusive childhoods by their ability to adapt. In her book she comprehensively unveils the sinister narcissistic parent and its impact on their children.

Jordan B. Peterson – 12 Rules for Life (2018)

In 12 Rules For Life, Peterson offers a moral framework as an antidote to chaos. Philosophical yet practical, these rules can be implemented in our daily lives as guidelines in our search for meaning.

Marshall B. Rosenberg – Nonviolent Communication (2003)

Rosenberg's nonviolent communication is all about communicating feelings and needs. This leads to true connection he states. Instead of judging it is empathy that will heal all our hearts. Revolutionary prose!

As trauma can be absolutely devastating, it is important to understand its origins and how to effectively treat it. Trauma expert Van der Kolk's new paradigm for treatment offers holistic healing.

Psychologist Miller offers us a clear-cut understanding of the origins of psychosomatic illness. Numerous case studies show how children's trauma manifests as adult illness like cancer, stroke or other diseases.

Paulo Coelho – The Alchemist (2006)

In this classic story, novelist Coelho conveys the wisdom of listening to our hearts and the necessity of following our dreams. No more words needed as this renowned book speaks for itself by now.

Elizabeth Gilbert – Big Magic (2015)

Waiting for permission to write that novel you are sitting on? Or are you waiting for the perfect circumstances to start painting? No worries, Gilbert gives you permission to start and to fail. Magical words!

Romance

Zan Perrion – The Alabaster Girl (2013)

The smooth, sultry flow of Perrion's poetic description of his love for women is addictive. This book has to be sipped like wine. Nice and slow. This masterpiece will get you intoxicated. A needed renaissance of romance.

Coach Corey Wayne – How To Be A 3% Man (2013)

Life Coach Corey Wayne teaches us that the key to success in life and success in love, is to have a grand purpose that you focus on everyday. Apply his teachings to become your best self!

Poetry

Maya Angelou – And Still I Rise (1986)

This classic collection of poems of the late great poet Angelou is a playful celebration of lyricism. With the famous poem “Phenomenal Woman” this book is a must have.
